Avinder Singh Bindra
Mr. Avinder Bindra is a banker of international repute. Bestowed with numerous international awards, he featured amongst the top 25 personalities in Asia Pacific Capital Markets by Euroweek in 2002 and he was also honoured with the title of 'the banker's banker' as one of the Top 30 bankers by International Financial Review in 2004.
Mr Bindra has done dual masters, one in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Texas and the other in International Management from American ("Thunderbird") Graduate School of International Management.
Mr Bindra has spent 28 years in banking and had an illustrious career with financial conglomerates like Citigroup and HSBC. He has worked as the Managing Director, Citicorp International /Salomon Smith Barney. Then, he moved to HSBC as Head of Risk & Advisory Group, Debt Market Client Group, Asia Pacific and later as Co-Head, Investment Banking, Asia Pacific.
Currently Mr Bindra is the CEO and Managing Director of ARX Analytics & Advisory Pvt. Ltd, a venture which he
started for providing analytical and research support to the financial sector. He is also the Non -Executive Director at AIG Global Asset Management Company (India) Private Limited, a newly established firm set up by AIG to house their fund management business in India.

R. Sreenivasan
An M.A in economics from Delhi School of Economics and a civil servant of first order, he is the member of the prestigious Indian Revenue Services (Income Tax). With more than four decades of experience in banking and taxation, he is credited with working at the highest level both in government and corporate sector.
Mr. Srinivasan has chaired many noteworthy government and private bodies that include Economic Affairs Committee, Financial Service Committee and Delhi State Council. Rajesh Narain Gupta
A legal heavyweight Mr. Gupta specialises in almost all aspects of commercial, real estate and banking laws. Author of acclaimed books on banking laws and practices, his expertise lies in structuring of transactional documents, advise on new banking and financial products, creating legal mechanism for such products in India and overseas, structuring and advice on real estate and infrastructure projects and transactions, including issues on foreign direct investments.
He is the Managing Partner of S N Gupta & Co., a well reputed law firm. He is the co-promoter in CERMA (Centurion Executorship, Trusteeship, Escrow, Real Estate Management & Advisory Services Co. Pvt. Ltd.), a JV between Centurion Bank of Punjab and S N Gupta & Co.

Rakesh Govil
Mr. Govil is a Masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
He has been associated with Moser Baer India Ltd. since August of 1999; currently designated as Executive Vice President, he heads the Corporate Strategy & Business Development functions of the Group.
At Moser Baer, he has handled various roles including treasury, strategy, business development, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations and corporate communications. He was instrumental in creating the company's large investor base through multiple equity placements to foreign institutional investors and was also responsible for setting up a Joint Venture with Imation Corp, USA creating revenues of more than $500 million for Moser Baer over the last few years and is on the Board of the JV Company.
Mr. Govil spearheaded Moser Baer's foray into Photo Voltaics and negotiated the investments made in three technology companies in the United States in this space. In addition, he has spearheaded all the Group's technology alliances including a recent acquisition of a large R&D centre in Europe. |
