Structured Finance
   
Structured finance is a broad term used to describe a form of finance that is a combination of debt and equity – thereby the investor reduces the risk but maintains the desired return on investment
Keeping in view the stakeholders’ interest vis-à-vis the fair market value, we tailor the right structured solutions - Mezzanine Finance, Quasi Equity / Debt - refers to a subordinated debt or preferred equity instrument that represents a claim on company's assets, which is senior only to that of the common shares.
This kind of finance is particularly useful for companies, that want short-term (‘stop-gap’) funding but do not wish to dilute too much equity.
Investment Instruments are structured as convertibles / structured debt  - which specifically target the valuation disconnect between the promoters and the investors; such instruments typically have the milestone driven performance of the Company as the underlying premise.

Debt Resolution
   
Under debt resolution, we are involved in activities such as restructuring & settlement, one time settlements (OTS), preparation of revival plans of sick and distressed units, distressed asset funding and asset valuation
CDR is a platform for both borrowers and institutional lenders to forge orderly debt recapitalization by way of consensus to preserve the value of the stakeholders without having to resort to legal proceedings. It is a mechanism for preventing further impairment of assets of otherwise viable corporate accounts. It is a useful tool for nurturing and rehabilitating sick accounts
Wherever it is deemed necessary, we pursue debt restructuring of various corporate clients from the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell  (CDR). Where approaching CDR is not warranted due to the nature of the debt profile of the company, we pursue debt restructuring from individual lending banks and financial institutions
